Integrating situation-based assignment (90 min. maximum) and a case study (60 min. maximum)

ternational law of sales contracts and
are capable of assessing the advanta-
ges and disadvantages of the various
types of contracts.
ƒ ƒ Learners are familar with important
types of finance and payment in
import and export.
ƒ ƒ Learners have an overview of strate-
gies for handling foreign currencies
and for risk hedging.
Annotation
The examination part „Communication
and Presentation in Foreign Trade“ was
not assessed. This examination part con-
tains an oral examination in the form of
a presentation conducted in the English
language (15 min. maximum) and an
ensuing expert discussion (20 min. ma-
ximum).
