dit points maximum. The advanced
training programme is rated as Bache-
lor entry level. With restrictions, it can

Annotation
The advanced training programme „Eu-
ropean Manager for Foreign Trade - Ex-
port / Import (EMfEI)“ is comprised of
seven subjects each of which includes a
multitude of sub-themes.In order to draw
a meaningful comparison between the
advanced training programme and the
study modules of the reference degree
programme „Business Administration in
small and medium-sized enterprises“, the
expert examiner chose those sub-themes
from the advanced training programme
that most closely correspond with con-
tent of the reference degree programme.
For the assessment he developed five si-
mulated modules based on the selected
sub-themes: Macroeconomics & Econo-
mic Geography, Project Management,
Marketing, International Marketing and
Controlling, and Import / Export.
Some of the manifold themes of the ad-
vanced training programme were not
taken into consideration. The table on
page 36 depicts the entire curriculum
of the advanced training programme as
well as the five simulated modules that
were developed for the assessment.
